The Des Arc Bands would like to invite everyone to the 9th Annual Spring Spectacular THIS SUNDAY @ 3 pm in the HS Gym. ADMISSION IS FREE.
The 7th Grade Band and the HS Band will be performing. We will also have band shirts from past years for sale for $5 each in all sizes.
We will also accept donations for the NEW BAND TRAILER that we hope to purchase this summer.

“The Des Arc FFA Chapter has had a very productive spring semester.
We had several Career Development Event teams compete at the district level, and our Wildlife Management team qualified and competed at the state level.
Two FFA members were also recognized at the 96th Arkansas FFA State Convention last week. Maddox Ward placed 4th at the state FFA Creed Speaking contest, and Brady Holder received her State FFA Degree.






Governor's Scholastic Honors Day 2023. This event recognizes Arkansas's best and brightest students. Congrats to our own Gabi Berry and Bella Flanagan!






Gabi Berry is receiving The Lily Pad Boutique scholarship sponsored by Ashley Parchman for $500. Gabi will attend Arkansas State University in the fall. Congrats Gabi!

Get hooked on Fishing with FINS! Bring your fishing poles, chairs, snacks, and a cooler to take the fish home to eat! This is a family event for all ages, anyone over 16 must have a valid fishing license! Fishing poles and bait provided, if needed. First come, first serve.

ATTENTION HIGH SCHOOL PARENTS: Lunch bill notices will go out today and tomorrow. They will be sent home with your students. If you have any questions please call the High School and ask to speak to Mrs. Lana.

BMI reports are now available to parents of K, 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, and 10th grade students. Parents may call to request the report be mailed, or it may be picked up during school hours. Reports will NOT be sent home with students. Thank you.

Today's games have been moved to Palestine Wheatley due to our field conditions. Games begin at 4:30.
Senior recognition will be at the Athletic Banquet on May 8th.
Games are still on for tomorrow, Sat Apr 29, @ Hazen: Baseball 10 am and Softball 1 pm.

Tomorrow, April 28, is FIELD DAY at the high school.
We will take attendance. There will be plenty of options for students that don't want to participate in physical activities. They may go to the library or watch movies in the cafeteria.
If you wish to check your child out, as usual, a parent or someone on their pick-up list MUST come sign them out. We do not take checkouts over the phone. We're ready for a fun-filled day tomorrow!

Ross Holloway is receiving the Iron Clinic Scholarship sponsored by Josh and Brittany Berry. Ross will be working with Union Local IBEW 1516 to become an electrician after graduation. Congratulations Ross!!
