The Basketball games tonight vs. Kipp Delta have been moved to 4:30. We will start with Jr. Girls, followed by Sr. Girls and Sr. Boys.

Dr Jeremy Ross of the University of Arkansas Division of Ag came to present a lesson on heredity and genetics to all the 6th grade science students today. Students learned a lot and had fun applying those learned skills to create a fun (genetically determined) dog. Thank you Mr Jeremy for coming and teaching our students today. Mr Jeremy is also Ava and Liam’s dad!

Des Arc Schools will start at the normal time today, 1/22/25. We were informed that the delay notice from yesterday was still posted on one of the news stations this morning. Sorry for any confusion.

The Basketball games at Hazen tonight (Tuesday, Jan 21st) will still be played. 7th Grade boys will start at 4:30, followed by Jr. Girls, Sr. Girls, and then Sr. Boys.

Due to road conditions, Des Arc Schools will be on a two hour delay today. School will start at 10:00.
This is a reminder that Des Arc Schools will be closed tomorrow, January 20th, in observance of MLK Day.

Des Arc Schools will be open tomorrow (01/13/25), starting at the normal time. We will also run regular bus routes. However, if any roads are still too bad to go down, the driver will not drive down that road. In this instance, you will need to provide transportation for your child. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
