Position: Head Football Coach / District Athletic Director / ALE Instructor / Dean of Students
Des Arc High School is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our leadership team as Head Football Coach. This multifaceted role also includes serving as the District Athletic Director, ALE (Alternative Learning Environment) Instructor, and Dean of Students. We are looking for a dynamic leader who is committed to student-athlete development, academic excellence, and fostering a positive school culture.
Qualifications:
Valid Arkansas teaching license or ability to obtain one
Previous coaching and teaching experience required
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, parents, and the community
Commitment to the academic, social, and emotional development of all students
